Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using OneClickDeploy’s hosting services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP applies to all users, including developers, organizations, and end users of applications hosted on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to engage in any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal Activities

You must not use the Services to conduct, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to fraud, money laundering, trafficking of illegal substances, or any criminal enterprise.

2.2 Spam and Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”), engaging in phishing schemes, or operating abusive email practices is strictly prohibited. This includes sending misleading headers, using deceptive sender addresses, or harvesting email addresses without consent.

2.3 Cryptocurrency Mining

Cryptocurrency mining (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, or any other digital currency) is prohibited without prior written permission from OneClickDeploy. Unauthorized mining activities will result in immediate suspension of Services.

2.4 Attacking Other Services

You must not use the Services to launch or participate in attacks against other systems or networks. This includes distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force attacks, port scanning, network intrusion attempts, or any other activity designed to disrupt or compromise the availability, integrity, or confidentiality of third-party services.

2.5 Distributing Malware

Distributing, hosting, or facilitating the spread of malicious software is strictly prohibited. This includes viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, rootkits, keyloggers, botnets, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems.

2.6 Violating Intellectual Property

You must not use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes hosting, distributing, or sharing content that violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights without proper authorization or license.

2.7 Excessive Resource Usage

Activities that consume disproportionate system resources and negatively impact the performance, stability, or availability of the Services for other users are prohibited. This includes running unoptimized processes that consume excessive CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage beyond reasonable limits.

3. Content Restrictions

The following types of content are not permitted on the OneClickDeploy platform:

  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child exploitation material, content promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or content that facilitates illegal transactions.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Adult Content in Public Applications: Sexually explicit or pornographic content may not be hosted in publicly accessible applications. Adult content may only be hosted behind proper age verification mechanisms and must comply with all applicable regulations.
  • Deceptive Content: Content designed to mislead, defraud, or deceive users, including fake news sites, impersonation websites, or content that falsely claims affiliation with legitimate organizations.

4. Resource Usage and Fair Use Policy

4.1 Fair Use

All OneClickDeploy Services are provided under a fair use policy. Users are expected to consume resources in a manner consistent with the intended purpose of their subscription plan. Excessive or abusive usage that impacts the stability or performance of shared infrastructure may result in enforcement action.

4.2 Resource Limits

Each subscription plan includes defined resource allocations for CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth. OneClickDeploy reserves the right to enforce these limits through throttling, queuing, or suspension of resource-intensive processes that exceed plan allocations.

4.3 Consequences of Abuse

Users who consistently exceed fair use thresholds or intentionally abuse shared resources may be subject to:

  • Automatic throttling of resource-intensive processes
  • Temporary suspension of Services
  • Requirement to upgrade to a higher-tier plan
  • Termination of account in severe or repeated cases

5. Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring and Detection

OneClickDeploy employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect violations of this AUP. We may analyze usage patterns, scan for prohibited content, and investigate reports from other users or third parties.

5.2 Warning System

For minor or first-time violations, we will typically issue a warning notification to the account holder via email. The warning will describe the violation and request corrective action within a specified timeframe.

5.3 Suspension

If a violation is not remediated within the specified timeframe, or in cases of severe violations, we may suspend the affected Services. Suspended Services will remain inaccessible until the violation is resolved and any required corrective actions are completed.

5.4 Termination

Repeated or egregious violations of this AUP may result in permanent termination of the user account and all associated Services. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining subscription balance and lose access to all hosted data and applications.

5.5 Data Retention

Upon account termination or extended suspension, user data may be retained for up to 30 days to allow for recovery appeals. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems. OneClickDeploy is not responsible for data loss resulting from AUP enforcement actions.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user or application on the OneClickDeploy platform is violating this AUP, please report it to us immediately. You can reach our abuse team at:

When reporting a violation, please include as much detail as possible, including:

  • The URL or project name of the offending application

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You will receive a response within 24–48 hours of submitting your report.
