By accessing or using OneClickDeploy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OneClickDeploy provides an AI deployment platform as a subscription service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with the operation of the service

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Waffo, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. All payments are one-time purchases of credit packages or subscription plans:

  • One-time credit packages (e.g., Starter Pack with 50 generations) are valid for 30 days from purchase
  • Subscription plans provide monthly access to the platform with included credits
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the period

6. Refunds

Refunds for one-time credit package purchases are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the service
  • After 7 days: No refunds are provided for credit packages

7. Limitation of Liability

OneClickDeploy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
